The Saint Louis Zoo is looking for a Creative Services Manager reporting to the Director of Creative Services. They will act as a traffic manager and be responsible for logging, tracking and keeping all ongoing projects on track. Along with making sure projects meet deadlines while consistently communicating with the internal stakeholders. Must be fluent in and able to expand the use of AirTable as well as be familiar with the Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office products. The Manager will assess all requests and work with the Director of Creative Services to assign requests to the appropriate team member. In addition, they will be responsible for the ordering of all supplies, preparing and maintaining budgets, working with printers and sign makers, and coordinating installations and production of in-house and out-of-house projects. They will manage time cards for team members and work to assist the Director with employee schedules and reviews.
Strong verbal communication skills required to collaborate with colleagues and to respond to feedback. 5 – 10 years of experience is required, preferably working in a fast-paced environment on a variety of projects and materials. Undergraduate degree or experience in related field required. All successful candidates for this position will be required to submit to a criminal background check and drug test. COVID vaccinations are required for this position.
